Denis Probert from Bracknell received £2,700 - FSAVC
DenisProbert worked for over 35 years for his employer that offered an occupational pension scheme. In 1995, an Allied Dunbar (now Zurich) representative advised him to put extra money into a Free Standing Additional Voluntary Contribution (FSAVC) when he could have paid AVC’s into his existing occupational scheme.
Goodwin Barrett made a successful claim for Mr Probert and this resulted in a refund of £2,733.
Denis commented: “Until Goodwin Barrett contacted me, I was unaware I was badly advised. Goodwin Barrett made a successful claim for me. Thumbs up to them”
