Stephen is one of our pension claims specialists. He does a lot of work with claims that need to go to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). These involve claims against firms who may have mis-sold pensions and other investments but have since gone out of business. These are often complex cases that can take up to 12 months to get resolved. Typical claims involve SIPP pensions and transfers out of company schemes.
