1. Call our friendly Advisers

2. We will send you a claim pack
There are no long and complicated forms to complete. Just a few pages for you to sign. The sooner you send these back the quicker we can get to work on your behalf.
3. You sign & return forms
On receipt of your signed forms, your own dedicated claims expert will prepare a detailed report to send to your bank with our claim for compensation.
4. Update you all the way
You will be kept fully up to date on the progress of your claim by telephone and letter.
5. Payment directly to you
