Kelvin Lewis from Port Talbot got back £2,300 for a mis sold FSAVC

Kelvin Lewis was a member of his employers’ occupational defined benefit pension scheme. He was advised by Black Horse Life to take out a Free Standing Additional Voluntary Contribution (FSAVC) pension. As a result, Kelvin’s additional contributions were paid towards a pension that did not provide guaranteed benefits on his retirement.
We successfully submitted a comprehensive claim to Lloyds bank and won an award of £2,335.
