We’ll never ask you to pay any money upfront to start your claim. We’ll never ask you to pay anything until we’ve been successful with your case. It doesn’t matter how long it takes or how complex your case becomes.
Please note: If you cancel after 14 days and we have already submitted your claim, and an offer of compensation is subsequently made, we’ll send you an invoice for our fee which is calculated on the total amount you get back.
We’ll do all the work on your behalf
There are no lengthy forms for you to fill out.
On successful completion – payment comes directly to you
If we’re successful the compensation payment would normally be paid direct to your bank account. Only once this money is safely in your account will our fee be payable.
Only then do you pay us
